Description
This 22-ft variant of the 255 mm U-trough screw conveyor is a heavy-duty, transportable conveyor built for high-throughput grain and bulk material handling. The conveyor is split into two sections for easier transport and serviceability: a separable 2500 mm section fitted with a UCF-210 bearing and a 10" drive shaft length measured from the bearing outer collar, and the opposite section fitted with a 208 bearing. Two identical left-hand augers (Ø211 mm OD, 180 mm pitch, 3 mm flight thickness) run in parallel on a Ø60 mm pipe core and are coupled via a profiled sleeve + coupling; the coupling shaft is supported by a hanger bush bearing. Covers are removable and secured with M10 bolts (separable section uses two equal removable covers; the other section has a 2 ft gap at the discharge end and remaining length covered with removable M10-bolted covers). Constructed in mild steel with 10 GA sheet trough and sturdy welded flighting, this unit is supplied ready for installation or as a factory-configured replacement.
